The frame of this cleanroom lighting fixture adopts an ultra-thin, beveled aluminum alloy structure, which does not interfere with the airflow inside the cleanroom. It features dust-proof and waterproof capabilities, making it easy to clean. Additionally, it is corrosion-resistant, rust-proof, and chemically inert to commonly used cleaning agents, preventing secondary contamination in the cleanroom. The top-open maintenance design meets the project’s requirements for ceiling interlayer installation, making installation, maintenance, and replacement convenient.

The optical design of the lighting fixture can be customized according to project standards to meet the lighting needs of different environments.

It is suitable for clean environments such as pharmaceutical factories, laboratories, electronics factories, and cosmetics factories.

Introduction:

The front cover of the light fixture can be removed, and the light source board and driver can be replaced, thereby extending the service life of the fixture and ensuring the cleanliness of the cleanroom. The standard configuration includes a PC diffuser, with options for chemical protection, as well as TPA or TPB diffuser panels suitable for flammable areas, used to suppress growth in specific areas.
